IMPORTANT: Client service is from 8am to 7pm. The following schedule has an extra cost of 30 USD: every day from 7pm to 10pm. Checks between 10pm and 8am are not done. Pets and children are not allowed.

The apartment is located in a particular building in the famous corner of the tango, Corrientes y Esmeralda, surrounded by prestigious theatres  (like el Nacional, Maipo, Gran Rex, Ópera) only 200 metres away from the Obelisco, of the traditional Florida street and just seconds from Galerías Pacífico, Av. Santa Fe, Plaza San Martín, Puerto Madero y Recoleta. After all a splendid location.

The apartment can lodge 2 persons and has recently been decorated. It has 2 individual beds, a little table with chairs, cable TV, internet, kitchen in kitchenette style, bar, microwave, coffee- machine, plates and dishes. The bathroom is fully equipped with bathtub. The building has a parking place, lobby, bar, restaurant, cleaning service and launderette. The cleaning service is optional but not inlcuded in the rental.

The SAN NICOLAS neighbourhood: Everyone knows it as “the Center” and if you ask for San Nicolas, the “porteños” will hardly be able to guide you. In this neighbourhood you will find “la City”, a zone housing banks, financial services, etc. There are also the courthouses and the well-known Corrientes Ave. (the street that never sleeps), the emblematic Obelisc and the famous theatres, pizza  places, bookstores, and cafeterias in the city.
