This historical heritage building has been completely refurbished inside. It is a beautiful condo with a common space where the lobby is found, an indoor patio and a studio where there is a computer. The apartment is fully equipped, sun-filled and comfortable. It is close to bus stations and subways. There is a 21" tv set.There is a double bed which can be turned into two single beds. Smoking is forbidden in the apartment but there is an indoor patio where smoking is allowed. Pets are not allowed.

SAN NICOLAS neighbourhood: Everyone knows it as “the Center” and if you ask for San Nicolas, the “porteños” will hardly be able to guide you. In this neighbourhood you will find “la City”, a zone housing banks, financial services, etc. There are also the courthouses and the well-known Corrientes Ave. (the street that never sleeps), the emblematic Obelisc and the famous theatres, pizza  places, bookstores, and cafeterias in the city.
