Cute, confortable and spacious studio with a patio. It can host three people, three single or a couple and a single. Located in the area of Congreso.

Located on the second floor in a nice building. Well layed out to accomodate three people. There are three single beds – two of them can be put together. A large window takes you to the patio. Floors made of parquet, air-conditioning, heating, cable TV, phone to make free local calls, make hi-fi with CD player, desk and shelf. The kitchen is well equipped: dished for 4 people, gas ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer and coffe maker. The bathroom has a bathtube, bidet and a closet.

IMPORTANT: Checks in/out are not done on December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st.

Strategically located in Junin Road corner with Avenida Corrientes – in the Congreso area. Well communicated area: 3 tube lines at only 2 or 3 streets and 12 buses stop at one road with which you will be able to acces any interesting place. Very close to the theatres and gastronomical area (Avenida Corrientes), close to the tango area (Abasto) and not to far from the magnificient shopping centrer Abasto. Universities are close by and only 15 minutes from Puerto Madero – area with the most modern restaurants of Buenos Aires..
 
The MONTSERRAT/CONGRESO neighbourhood. This area houses de city’s as well as the country’s history. The spaniards originally settled in this neighbourhood, that’s why the buildings are very characteristic, specially on the Mayo Ave., and that’s where its name comes from, due to the Montserrat Virgin, who’s venerated in Catalunya. Nowadays is the national civic and government’s center, plus it houses very important offices, banks, hotels and restaurants.
