The integrated kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric burners, electric kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. There is a table with chairs for 4 people. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub and there is a hair dryer. The apartment has plasma TV with cable, Wi-Fi Internet and cool/heat air conditioning. The building has a laundry room. Maid service included once a week. No pets allowed. Check-in time: 8am to 8pm. Check-out time: until 12:30 pm.

The spaniards originally settled in this neighbourhood, that’s why the buildings are very characteristic, specially on the Mayo Ave., and that’s where its name comes from, due to the Montserrat Virgin, who’s venerated in Catalunya. Nowadays is the national civic and government’s center, plus it houses very important offices, banks, hotels and restaurants.
