On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with double glassed wide windows that make the apartment quiet, a double sofa-bed, French balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilette. There is a spectacular glass wall 5 x 4mts. The first level has a bedroom with a double king-size bed that can be split into two individual beds and an a full en-suite bathroom with shower and bath-tub. The second level has a private terrace with solarium, BBQ grill, table and deck-chairs. The apartment has two heat/cold air-conditioning sets. Cleaning service is included twice a week.

The PALERMO neighbourhood: featuring colorful gardens and forests, this neighbourhood is the greenest and biggest in the city. Around its lakes people gathers on sundays for practicing sports, and enjoy outdoor activities. It’s divided in three main areas: Palermo Gardens, Small Palermo and Palermo Hollywood.
