Buenosaires Cheap studio, Recoleta

IMPORTANT: Client service is from 8am to 7pm. The following schedule has an extra cost of 30 USD: every day from 7pm to 10pm.  Checks in and/or out are not done from 10pm to 8am. Pets and children are not allowed.

This comfortable studio is elegantly decorated and completely equipped for housing comfortably two people. It is located in one of the most privileged zones in Buenos Aires, Recoleta, just next to Patio Bullrich.

It is located in a building featuring 24 hours a day security, consiergerie, service entrance, solarium facing Río de la Plata river, laundry, and optional parking slot. It has a double bed, closet, table with two chairs, equipped kitchen with microwave oven, and bathroom with shower. The cleaning service is optional but not included in the rent.

RECOLETA is the most elegant and “european” neighbourhood in Buenos Aires. Recoleta is a must for Buenos Aires visitors, here they’ll find nice walks surrounded by trees, the most important culture centers, a wide range of bars and restaurants open all day, and an intense nightlife. Also, Recoleta houses the biggest brands and the most traditional fashion firms, the most exclusive jewelries as well as shopping centers, such as Patio Bullrrich and the Alto Palermo Shopping.

This apartment’s monthly rent doesn’t include telephone bill, it must be paid according to the use it is given.
