An original and comfortable loft apartment of 70m2. The apartment is recently renovated and situated on a privileged location in the traditional San Telmo district, 4 blocks away from la plaza Dorrego and 5 streets from Port Madero.

The apartment can comfortably lodge 4 people. It has two rooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double bunk-bed. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, table and all the necessary utensils to cook. The apartment has two complete baths, one with Jacuzzi. The apartment includes cable TV and DVD.  Cleaning once a week included in monthly stays.

The SAN TELMO neighbourhood: This is the old district of the city, and one of the most porteño neighbourhoods, with a really important heritage. Among its narrow streets you can find colonial houses with grates over the windows and art nouveau buildings, as well as some in french or english style. The colonial lamps are lighted up at evenings giving the neighbourhood a very special charm. Nowadays, there is an important antiques market and most of the places where you can watch a tango dance.
