Date changes
It will be possible to change ONCE the dates of the booking with at least 20 days in advance and as long as the apartment is available.
If you're willing to ADD nights to your booking and if the availability allows it, a percentage of the extra nights must be paid in order to confirm the change.
If you're willing to REDUCE nights to your booking, you must do it at least 20 days in advance and there will be a penalization of 25% of the total price of the nights reduced. Changes within a period of less than 20 days will not be accepted, and you will have to pay the total price of the booked days.

Apartment changes
Under unforeseen circumstances (unscheduled building works, water damage,…) desigbuenosaires reserves the right to transfer the client to an apartment of similar characteristics. In case the client doesn't agree with the new proposed apartment, the booking may be cancelled and the pre-payment would be completely refunded. desigbuenosaires will not be liable for further claims by the client if this cancellation occurs.
Apartment changes due to the clients' expressed wish are bound to availability and must be done with at least 30 days in advance and will have a charge of 50% of the previously paid amount.

NUmber of persons changes
If after booking an apartment you need to INCREASE the number of persons staying, this will be possible only if the maximum number of persons allows it. A new price will be calculated and you would have to pay a percentage of the price difference to confirm the change.
If, on the contrary, you need to DECREASE the number of persons staying in the aparment, the total price will remain the same.

If cancellation is required we exercise a no refund policy on all prepayment. However, you are eligible to change your rental dates subject to availability for the same apartment, and with 20-days advance notice.

Two (2) days before your arrival you will need to inform the contact person to let her/him know your arrival time.

• Check in time is 14:00 until 22:00. Having to check later than 22:00 has an additional cost of U$30.00 and you will need to coordinate it with the contact person.
• Check out time is 11:00. Check outs before 7:30 have an additional cost of U$30.00.

Before your arrival our cleaning staff and maintenance personnel would have carefully worked the apartment and all your necessities and amenities will be in check-in standard. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the product.
In most apartments the cleaning fee is built into the price, however if it is not, you will be notified before making your reservation. Stays longer than one week automatically come with cleaning as a staple service. Cleaning service is once a week. If there is an exception to this standard you will be notified.

When you arrive in Buenos Aires you are required to give heads-up notice 30 minutes prior to your arrival. You will find the telephone number in your confirmation E-mail. This step is necessary in order for us to make sure your check-in personnel is in place when you arrive at your apartment. Upon your arrival the contract and keys will be given to you. You are required to pay by cash, U$, or its equivalent in Argentinean Pesos the rest of the total amount of the apartment fee plus the refundable deposit. You will receive a short-term rental agreement signed by the owner or the local representative. You will need to sign.

The deposit, which fluctuates between U$100 and the equivalent to one month's rent of the apartment you chose; serves against damage(s) security that could be made in the apartment the guest(s) bear the responsibility. A full refund is forthcoming when the apartment is in the same condition it was when rented to you.

Anytime during your stay if you have any concerns, inquiries, and questions, please do not hesitate and make contact to our staff. On your checkout day the prearranged staff will meet you on the day and time of your checkout. Once the walk-thru is completed and everything is as it was when you entered the unit and the keys have been returned, you will be refunded your security deposit. Lost keys result in a U$20.00 fee.

Before exiting, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in the same condition in which it was received.

• If the apartment has a sofa bed, please make good use of it. If it is used for sleeping please make sure it is fully covered with the bed sheets.
• n case there is a stain you will be charged U$30.00.
• The front door of the building has to be closed every time you leave the apartment.
• The rubbish has to be disposed of everyday.
• Always remember to take the keys with you. If you need to ring the intercom please make sure it is the correct floor in order not to disturb the other residents.
• Please listen/play your music watch TV at a volume that is reasonable as to not disturb your neighbors.
• Always remember to switch off the electrical devices and the air conditioning every time you leave the apartment.
• Pets are not allowed, except for express authorization from desigbuenosaires.

It is not allowed to exceed the arranged number of persons without prior permission. If additional persons are in your party other than what is reflect in the initial agreement the price is subject to change. The number of persons using the apartment may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each apartment unless under extenuating circumstances.

Guests and their accompanies declare explicitly to use the apartment at their own risk and relieve desigbuenosaires of all deduced claims of compensation.
The guests are liable for all damages and impairments on the rented apartment or goods, as far as they exceed signs of wear and tear on normal usage.
There is no liability for valuables brought by the guests. Any of the infringements on the above mentioned terms allows the right to desigbuenosaires to require the immediate departure of the client from the apartment. The client shall have no right to claim a compensation whatsoever.

desigbuenosaires intermmediates apartment bookings between owners and guests. As an agency, we are only liable about our service and will always do our best to satisfy our clients.
All the apartments' information and descriptions have been provided by the owners. Desigbuenosaires will do the upmost to be accurate about details and features, but will not be responsible for any mistake or omission that may occur.
desigbuenosaires reserves the right to approve or cancel any reservation. Whenever desigbuenosaires would cancel a booking, the client won't have the right to demand any kind of compensation. Nevertheless, the previously paid money will be refunded by the same method it was paid.

In compliance with article 5, section 1.a) of the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, we inform you that the personal data you transmitted to us will be inserted in a file, which is registered in the Agency for Data Protection's database, and will be processed and used in order to fulfil the services you selected. Access to the data is limited to those employees and providers who need to utilize the data in order to guarantee the aforementioned services. In all cases, you have the right to access, object, correct, and remove the data as perscribed in the regulation already noted.
